Financial statements are displayed in the Report Preview window. You can use the Report Preview window to check the report accuracy. Some report options can be edited and you can share the report by printing, emailing or exporting it. You can also import it into Document Manager.

Report Preview Area
Displays the report as it will be displayed when printed. From here you can investigate account balances, view and edit paragraph content and view value properties.
The examples in this help use an AU system. The NZ process is similar but you may see or use different options or details.
Open the client’s Client Accounting > Reports tab.
Select the list of reports to be included and modify the report order as necessary.
Select the financial reporting period.
Click Preview Reports. The Report Preview window opens. A warning is displayed if there are unallocated accounts (accounts which have not been allocated to an account group) or duplicated accounts (accounts which have been added to more than one account group).
