You can update a selected workpaper in the Trial Balance (Workpaper) period table to the latest Master Workpaper template.  

For example, where you're working on a template and the workpaper template was updated, you can use the Update the latest template function so that you can use the latest version.

When updating to the latest master workpaper template, your current workpaper data will be lost.
To update a workpaper template
  1. Open the workpapers period. The period table appears..
  2. Select the workpaper in the table.
  3. On the TASKS bar, click Update to latest template.
    A message will be displayed informing you which template version the workpaper is currently using and what the latest template version is. Current data in the workpaper may be lost if you update to the latest master workpaper template. You are requested to confirm your request.
  4. If the selected workpaper is currently using the latest template version, you will receive a message informing you of this. Click OK to close the message.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the update.
    A message will be displayed when the workpaper has been successfully updated to the latest template version.
  6. Click OK.
