Viewing a list of all workpapers and source documents

Use the View all workpapers option on the Tasks bar to view a list of all workpapers and documents which are associated with the period. This option also enables you to add / link, open and delete workpapers and documents.

To view a list of all workpapers and source documents

  1. Open the workpapers period.


  2. See Opening an existing period.
    The Prepare Trial Balance (Workpapers) table is displayed.
  3. Click View all workpapers on the Tasks bar.


  4. The Trial Balance (Workpapers) window opens.
    A list of all the documents for the period is displayed. The client and period details are displayed at the top of the window. From this window you can add, link, open and delete workpapers and / or documents.
    Use the table headings to sort information within the table. Click the Document heading to sort the rows in the table alphabetically by document name. Click the Code heading to sort the rows in the table numerically by account number.
  5. Click Close.


The Trial Balance (Workpapers) window closes.
