The shares held by a corporation are listed on the corporation’s Shares Held tab.

How to view the shares held by a corporation

Select and open the corporation. See Selecting a corporation. The corporation opens at the Details tab.
Click the Shares & Units Held tab. The Shares & Units Held screen lists the shares held by the selected company in other companies. The list displays:
- Company
- Type (showing either share class code or units)
- Number held
- Certificate number
- Beneficially owned
- Jointly held
- Date.
It also contains the
Include former holdings option for viewing all current and former shareholdings.
For companies which are members of corporations that are limited by guarantee, only the following details display:
- Company name and code.
- Date the company became a member.
The share columns are left blank.
To return to the Corporations selection list, click Close.
