Corporate Compliance client/contact tab
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you
For a MYOB AE/AO install that includes the integrated Corporate Compliance, the Client and Contact pages include a tab for Corporate Compliance.
The contents of this Corporate Compliance tab will vary, depending on whether:
the contact is a person or a company
the company is or is not a managed company in Corporate Compliance.
If the contact is a managed company in Corporate Compliance
For an organisation that is a managed company in Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Compliance tab for the client in MYOB AE/AO has 4 sections:
Corporation Summary section
Officeholders section
Members section
ASIC Forms section.
To open this corporation in Corporate Compliance, click Open Corporation.
If the contact is a not managed company in Corporate Compliance
For an organisation that is not a managed company in Corporate Compliance, the Corporate Compliance tab for the client in MYOB AE/AO has 2 sections:
Corporation Summary section
Shareholder or member of section.
To open this corporation in Corporate Compliance, click Open Corporation.
If the contact is a person who is in Corporate Compliance
For a person that is present in the Corporate Compliance database, the Corporate Compliance tab for the client in MYOB AE/AO has 3 sections:
Person Summary section
Officeholder of section
Shareholder or member of section.
To open this person in Corporate Compliance, click on the Open Person.
If the contact is not in Corporate Compliance
For a contact or client that is not present in the Corporate Compliance database, a message is displayed, "This contact has not been added to Corporate Compliance."
Click Open Corporate Compliance on this screen to open Corporate Compliance and (manually) add this contact to Corporate Compliance.
