You can generate mailing labels from all Mail Centre views.

 

To produce mailing labels
  1. Access the Mail Centre view.

  2. Select all documents that require mailing labels.

  3. Click Produce Labels . The Mail Merge wizard opens (see Using Mail Merge). The list of clients to be used is compiled from the selected documents.

    Only one label per client will be created.

  4. Select the (previously created) Intranet Standard to be used for these mailing labels. No stationery is required.

  5. Enter all required details in the Mail Merge wizard.

  6. Click Finish. A single document with multiple labels, one for each client, is created.
