When your practice has adopted MYOB Logins your employees will only need a single user name and password to access all MYOB products available to your practice, such as:
AE/AO Live
AccountRight
Essentials
my.MYOB
MYOB online tools
MYOB product downloads
Knowledge Base
Community Forums.
The person who has administrator or superuser privileges will be able to set up MYOB Logins for your practice. See Preparing your practice for MYOB Logins and Setting up MYOB Logins for your practice.
Employees without administrator or superuser privileges will continue to login as usual. Once MYOB Logins have been established the login screen will identify each employee by their email address.
Currently there are 2 ways to log into MYOB AE/AO:
Double-click the MYOB AE/AO icon on your desktop. The MYOB AE/AO Login window opens.
Enter your User name.
Enter your Password.
Ensure that the correct MYOB AE/AO database is selected from the Database drop-down.
Click Login. You are logged into MYOB AE/AO and the Practice Manager (AE) / Find Clients (AO) page appears.
