The Online files view of the Accounting dashboard lists all MYOB Essentials files, Cashbook files, and online MYOB AccountRight company files you’ve created or have been invited to.

What you can see and do on the dashboard for each client depends on whether you use compatible practice software like MYOB Accountants Enterprise (AE) or MYOB Accountants Office (AO):

On the Accounting dashboard, you can:

Create an MYOB Essentials or AccountRight file
Open an MYOB Essentials or AccountRight file
Link a file to a client record
Review the allocation and reconciliation status for each month of the current and previous financial year.
Improve efficiency by analysing what percentage of transactions over the last 2 months were allocated automatically.

An easy way to contact business owners: If you have linked an online business to a client, you can click the client’s name in the Accounting dashboard to display their contact details. If you’re viewing the dashboard on a mobile phone, or a device that has phone functions, click your client's listed mobile number or landline number to contact them directly.
