Employee/Manager/Partner fields blank on Activity Statement Obligation Homepage

This support note applies to:

• AE Tax Series 6 & 8 (AU)
• AE Tax (AU)

In MYOB Tax version 2018.1, in the Activity Statement Obligations(ASO) homepage you may see the Employee/Manager/Partner fields are blank, even when these fields have been selected in the Responsibilities tab.

We're aware of this issue and working on a solution. In the meantime, use the workaround to populate the Employee/Manager/Partner fields.

Workaround

1. Open and pre-fill the activity statements from the Activity Statement Obligations homepage.
2. Refresh the Activity Statement Obligations homepage to populate the fields.
