Select your client from My List and click Corporate admin on the top-menu bar.
Click Company forms on the top-right of the screen and click Prepare form next to Notification by officeholder of resignation/retirement. The Notification by officeholder of resignation/retirement - Form 370 page appears.
Click on the drop-down list and select the officeholder you want to resign or retire.
Select the roles the officeholder is resigning from.
Enter the officeholder's reason for retirement or resignation in the Reason for resignation field.
