The Client workspace page gives you an at-a-glance overview of where everything's at for a client. This saves you from needing to click into multiple sections in MYOB Practice to get the information you need.

In the screenshot below you can see the different activities you can perform and information you can access from the client's workspace.

To view a client's workspace:

  1. If you haven't already added the client to My List, add them now.
  2. Click the client's name in My List.

    If you’re selecting the client for the first time in the current session, you’ll see the Client workspace page. For the rest of the session you’ll see the last page you accessed for them.

  3. If the workspace doesn't appear, click the client's name in the top menu bar to display it.

On the workspace you can see a client's:

  • MYOB Essentials or AccountRight file's transaction coding status
  • contact details
  • open tasks
  • tax forms (Australia only).
