This feature is currently in beta, and is available to selected practices.

The client workspace gives you an at-a-glance overview of where everything is at for a client selected in My List.

To view a client's workspace:

  1. If you haven't already, add the client to My List.
  2. Click the client's name in My List.
    The last page you viewed for that client appears.
  3. Click the client's name in the top menu bar and the workspace will appear.

On the workspace you can see a client's:

  • MYOB Essentials or AccountRight file's transaction coding status
  • contact details
  • open tasks
  • most recent documents sent and received.

This saves you clicking into each section in MYOB Practice to get that information. And if you need more details, or want to see a complete list, click the arrow buttons.
