To work on online files you’ll need:

  • the current version of AccountRight installed on each computer that will access the online company file. You can’t access online company files using an internet browser. You can download the PC and Server installers by signing into my.MYOB (Australia | New Zealand), or if you just need to install the PC edition, you can download it here: Australia | New Zealand.
  • an AccountRight subscription for each company file you create or upload. To purchase a subscription, visit my.MYOB: Australia | New Zealand.

If you purchased AccountRight online or registered a POSA (point-of-sale activation) card, you will already have an online company file, and you’re ready to work online— see Work on an online company file.

If your company file isn’t online yet, here are your next steps:

  1. Upload your company file. See Set up a file for online access. If you don’t have a company file to upload, see Create a company file for instructions on how to create a file and make it available online.
  2. If you’d like to invite others to access your online file, see Set up user access.
