Thanks in advance for your time and energy in being part of our early access program (EAP). Your direct feedback into our development process will assist our team in ensuring that our product focuses on key workflows to save your business time and that the product is easy to use.

EAP terminology

During the EAP process, we will be referring to the following:

  • Nimbus Professional account holder as the Supplier.  This will be you and your business;
  • Nimbus Free account holder as the Client Contact.  This will be the person you deal with external to your business.

EAP workflows

The MYOB Nimbus v4 EAP involves testing a series of key workflows. Currently only the first worklow is available, but we'll make more available as we release more Nimbus v4 features.

  • Workflow 1 – Creating clients and sharing documents to be signed.
  • Workflow 2 – Clients sharing files with you.
  • Workflow 3 – Clients sharing files with third parties, interacting with clients via file conversations, and deleting files.
  • Workflow 4 – Creating email jobs including document links.
  • Workflow 5 – Creating email jobs including webform checklists.
  • Workflow 6 – Creating email jobs including both webform checklists and document links.
  • Workflow 7 – Doing a global search across multiple connected Nimbus v4 accounts.

Our team needs your feedback

During each stage of the EAP, we will be liaising with you on a regular basis.  We will cover questions such as:

  • How easy was it to perform the documented workflows
  • Any issues you encountered
  • Suggestions for improvement
