IMPORTANT NOTE: We anticipate that most users will require ALL optional information (as identified above by white fields)
to be integrated, hence the standard integration module transfers the contents of ALL the optional fields by default.
Should you NOT require the contents of any of the optional fields to be included in the integration then a custom interface
would be required, which will mean additional costs. In this case, indicate on this form which fields you do require (ie: do not tick
those fields which are not required) and return to MYOB IMS Payroll. You will then be contacted to verify your requirements and an obligation
free quotation to implement can be prepared.

Update Employee Required? YES/NO
You would set this to 'NO' if all payroll data is to be updated manually in Payroll once the employee has been inserted.

"4" Indicates Field Data available for transfer on "Insert Employee" & "Update Employee"
" 8 " Indicates a group of Data Fields are available for transfer - These are groups of related fields and may only be
selected as a single group - I.e If the pay Freqency changes then the "Hours Per Period" would also need to change

The "Finish Date" and "Date Due Back" fields within Payroll are not included in the standard integration - This is due to
additional implications which will need to be considered if these fields are to be integrated. Inclusion of these fields
would require a custom interface to implement your requirements, for which IMS can provide an obligation free quotation.
