This issue affects all versions of Advanced People. Although we've resolved it in 2020.5.6, but will require historical manual data review as per the attached documentation. We'll identify if your site has been affected and notify partners directly.

We've identified an issue where leave accrual doesn't roll over correctly, which stops leave entitlement from accumulating. This issue occurs when:

  • An employee has had a pay adjusted
  • That employee also had an accrual entitlement roll over in the adjusted pay
  • And the entitlement was set up to cap the amount of accrual per entitlement period
