You can view the following for the selected person from the Positions Held screen:
Name of the company
Position held
Date appointed
Date ceased.
You can also cease all positions held by the selected person from this screen (see Ceasing all positions held).
How to view positions held
Select and open the person. See Selecting people. The Details tab opens.
Click the Positions held tab. The Positions held screen opens.
To view all formerly and currently held positions by the selected person, select Include former positions held.
To return to the People selection list, click Close.
