We're aware of an issue that can result in MYOB Essentials kicking you out unexpectedly after 15-30 minutes, forcing you to sign back in. This can happen even when you are actively working on your MYOB Essentials file.

To open a private browser window

Once you've opened a private browser window, you can use it to sign in to MYOB Essentials:

New Zealand: https://essentials.myob.co.nz/

Other tips to keep you working without interruption

  • Make sure you save the transaction or record you're working on regularly
  • If you're experiencing the issue, use a different browser, as the issues appear to be browser-specific.
