From the Manage Firm Users page, you can give control how other users in your accounting firm access MYOB Essentials Cashbook. To add a user for your firm, you will need to use my.MYOB

Note: Business users are different from users for your accounting firm. You will need to manage business users from the Settings> Manage Business Users page.

To enable or disable a firm user’s access

  1. Click the arrow next to your firm's name, at the top right of the page.
  2. In the menu that appears, click Manage Firm Users.
  3. Locate the user whose access rights you want to change.
  4. In the Access column for that user, click the ON/OFF toggle button () to enable or disable access respectively.
