From the Manage Firm Users page, you can give control how other users in your accounting firm access MYOB Essentials Cashbook. To add a user for your firm, you will need to use my.MYOB
Note: Business users are different from users for your accounting firm. You will need to manage business users from the Settings> Manage Business Users page.
To enable or disable a firm user’s access
- Click the arrow next to your firm's name, at the top right of the page.
- In the menu that appears, click Manage Firm Users.
- Locate the user whose access rights you want to change.
- In the Access column for that user, click the ON/OFF toggle button ( ) to enable or disable access respectively.
