Bills that have been posted (finalised) can be viewed in the billing history. MYOB AO has options for viewing:

  • the full billing history for the practice

  • the billing history for a partner

  • the billing history for a client.

This provides a quick access to the billing history. It does not replace the full reporting of billing which is available on the Reports window.

To view the full billing history for the practice
  1. Select Billing History > All from the AO-GS-Button-Billing.png menu. The Billing History page opens.
  2. Click Search with no search criteria entered to list all bills.

You can enter search criteria before clicking Search to refine the listed bills.

To view the billing history by partner
  1. Select Billing History > By Partner from the AO-GS-Button-Billing.png menu. TheBilling History page opens.
  2. Specify the Partner whose billing history you want to view.

    You can click AO-GS-Button-Browse.png in the Partner field to search for and select a partner.

  3. Click Search to list the partner’s billing history.

    You can enter search criteria before clicking Search to refine the listed bills.

To view the billing history for a client
  1. Open the relevant client. The Client page opens.
  2. Access the Bills tab on the Client page. The billing history for the client is shown in the Full Billing History.

You can group this screen by the year allowing the user to see all invoices raised for the client in the financial year.
