Superannuation guarantee changes from 1 July 2023
The mandatory superannuation guarantee rate increased from 10.5% to 11% from 1 July 2023. Find out how easy it is to stay compliant.
Pay Super is MYOB's SuperStream compliant way of paying your super contributions.
If you need to change any Pay Super details after getting set up, here's how to do it:
If you need to... | Do this... |
---|---|
Change Pay Super payment limit | To change the maximum amount that can be debited from your nominated bank account over a month or a quarter, you need to be a Pay Super Administrator with a verified mobile number.
Self-service changes to the Pay Super limit are limited to increases of up to $15,000 within a 90 day period. If you need to increase the limit by more, or change the frequency (Month/Quarter) you’ll need to use the Pay Super Change of Details form. To enter details in the form, you'll need to download it. Once the form is received the limit will be changed within 3-5 business days. |
Add and remove users, or edit roles | To change user details online, you need to be a Pay Super Administrator with a verified mobile number. Don't have a Pay Super Administrator? Download the Pay Super Change of Details form, complete it and return it to paysuper@myob.com to process.
If a user has changed their name, email address or mobile number, they will need to update their contact details themselves using the my.MYOB website. You can't change these details for them. Important: If an authoriser or Pay Super Administrator changes their mobile number they need to update their details using the my.MYOB website, and you will also need to notify the Pay Super team using the Pay Super Change of Details form so they can verify the mobile number. To enter details in the form, you'll need to download it. |
