Your Nimbus System Admin will send you a Welcome Email which will allow you to setup your Nimbus login credentials. Your Nimbus SSO login username will be predefined and will be included on this email.
Click the Setup Nimbus Single Sign On link. Also at this stage, bookmark the Account Login link, which is also included.
The following page will display and will allow you to setup your password, with or without 2FA, OR you can sign in using an external SSO such as Google, Microsoft, Xero or Practice Protect.
If setting a Password, the system will ask you to enter your password, will rate the strength of your password and if it is NOT a weak password, will ask you to confirm your password.
If you wish to also use 2FA, you may do this. Options include:
SMS - PIN via text
Email
6 digit authenticator code
8 digit authenticator code
Click the Continue button to add your Nimbus SSO credentials.
Click the Sign In button and the system will re-direct you to your Nimbus SSO login page.
Enter your Nimbus SSO credentials and login. Your Dashboard will display.
