When you first login to your Nimbus account, you may use a password, a password with 2FA, or you can setup external SSO access using one of the following providers:

  • Xero

  • Practice Protect

  • Microsoft

  • Google

Log in using Google SSO

 

  1. Select the Google tile.

  2. Sign into your Google account and click the Next button.

  3. Enter your Google password and click the Next button.

  4. Enter your Nimbus username and password to pair with your with your Microsoft credentials.

  5. Once your have entered your details, click the Continue button

  6. Your Nimbus Dashboard will then display.

  7. The next time you need to login to your Nimbus account, you will be able to use the Google SSO button and will only need to provide your Google login credentials if you are not logged into Google account.

Logging in using Microsoft SSO
  1. Select the Microsoft SSO tile

  2. Select the Micosoft account you wish to use to login.

  3. Enter your Microsoft password

  4. Click the Sign In button

  5. Verify your identity by selecting an option to send a one time code

  6. Enter the received code

  7. Click the Verify button to verify the code.

  8. Elect to Stay Signed in to Microsoft or not and continue.

  9. Nimbus will then require you to enter your Nimbus Username and Password to PAIR your credentials with your Microsoft credentials.
  10. Once your have entered your details, click the Continue button

  11. Your Nimbus Dashboard will then display.

  12. The next time you need to login to your Nimbus account, you will be able to use the Microsoft SSO button and will only need to provide your Microsoft login credentials if you are not logged into Microsoft.

Logging in with Xero SSO

You can login to your Nimbus account using your 3rd party SSO credentials such as:

  • Xero

  • Practice Protect

  • Microsoft

  • Google

  1. Select the Xero tile below.

  2. If you are not currently logged into your Xero / WorkflowMax account, the system will ask you to login to Xero as follows.

  3. And then to Authenticate your login.

  4. Note that if you ARE currently logged into your Xero account, the system will display the standard Xero SSO connection request. Click the Allow Access button.
  5. Nimbus will then require you to enter your Nimbus username and password to pair with your Xero credentials.

  6. Once your have entered your details, click the Continue button.

  7. Your Nimbus Dashboard will then display.

  8. The next time you need to login to your Nimbus account, you will be able to use the Xero SSO button and will only need to provide your Xero login credentials if you are not logged into Xero.
