We've identified an issue in AccountEdge Pro v15 and AccountEdge Network Edition v15 where ETP payment summaries are saving or printing as a blank page.

To fix this issue

Install the 2016 compliance update (v15.5) then prepare your payment summaries. AccountEdge will display an alert regarding this update when you open the software, or visit myob.com/update.
