Version upgrades to MYOB accounting software will create a new folder that program-related files are saved to, for example Premier19.  When you upgrade your accounting software company file, it is saved to the new folder that has been created. We need to let RetailManager know that the location of your MYOB accounting software company file has changed so the accounting export process can export to the correct location.

 

To change the Accounting Export path in RetailManager
  1. Go to the Setup menu and choose Options.
  2. Click Accounting from the list on the left-hand side of the window.
  3. Specify the applicable MYOB accounting software in the Package field.
  4. Click Browse next to the Path field. The Browse for Folder window is displayed.
  5. Locate and click your MYOB accounting software folder, for example C:/Premier19, (or the location of your company file if stored in a different folder), then click OK.

  6. Click Apply then click OK.
  7. Click OK to the displayed message.
