ANSWER ID:36058When trying to import a BankLink Notes (Desktop) file back into BankLink Practice you may experience the following error message ”Unable to import BankLink Notes file - Rejected due to match not found”. This error can occur because at the time the Notes file was exported where the database was not aware of this export.To resolve this issue try to export the exact same period from Banklink Practice to a Notes (Desktop) file: - In the Client File, click Other Functions
- Click Export BankLink Notes File
- Select To File
- Save the .trf file at a different location than the file you are trying to import
- Please delete the freshly exported file straight after the export to reduce confusion. The steps above is to reproduce the ‘export’ action in the database so that it will accept the import for the same period.
- Try import the BankLink Notes (Desktop) file received from your BankLink Notes client again.
