On any list of tax information that the Return Name as a blue underlined link (for example, the Find Tax Clients, IRD Data or Tax Notices page) either:

Click on the Return Name for that client.

The MYOB AO Classic - Return Preparation module opens.
OR
Select an item in the list and click Return preparation in the Tasks bar.
