Time spent each day on client jobs and tasks is recorded on your timesheet. The information captured is used to charge the client WIP which flows into the billing process. It is important that you record your time on a regular basis so clients can be billed accordingly.

For each time entry

Time spent on non-chargeable work (for example, annual leave, sick leave, training) is recorded against the Non Chargeable client (client code: NONCHG).
In New Zealand, in MYOB AO Classic, chargeable work was charged to a Practice Client. This Practice Client was converted to a client in MYOB AO. We recommend you do not use the converted Practice Client in MYOB AO.

  3. Select a Job Year (job description), if applicable.
