To use the features of MYOB AO you must first log in to the application. To log in you will need an MYOB Login and password.

If you have upgraded from MYOB AO Classic in New Zealand, you can initially use your MYOB AO Classic user name to log in. Leave the password field blank.

(New Zealand) If you are unable to log in using your MYOB AO Classic user name, you can use the default MYOB AO user to log in as specified below for new users.
Once you have logged in, change the password on your employee page. See MYOB AO > Employees > Using the Employee page > Changing an employee’s password in the Online Help for detailed instructions.

  1. Double-click the AO-GS-Icon-AccountantsOffice.png MYOB AO icon on the desktop. The MYOB AO Login window opens.
  2. Enter your MYOB Login details.
  3. Enter your MYOB Login Password.
  4. Ensure that the correct MYOB AO database is selected from the Database drop-down, if you are using more than one database.
  5. Click Login. You are logged into MYOB AO and the Find Clients window opens.
