2. Drag the Notes field to the heading row of the Job Manager table.

To view the note

Hover your cursor over the note. The note text will be displayed in a popup.

To delete the note

1. Click the Note in the Job Manager.
2. Click the Image Modified at the end of the Note field. A notepad opens showing your note.
3. Select the text in your note and press [Delete].

To edit the notes directly on the Job Manager

1. Click the Note in the Job Manager.
2. Click the Image Modified at the end of the Note field. A notepad opens.
3. Type your note and press [Esc] or click Image Modified to save the note and close the note pad.

To edit the notes using the Edit Job screen

1. Click Image Modified to open the Job Manager.
2. Click the hyperlink job name in the Year column. The Edit Job window opens.
3. Add or edit the notes in the Notes field.
4. Click Finish to save the changes and exit the Edit Job window.
