If MYOB AO is integrated with AO Classic, and you want to make changes to additional client relationship details, you can do this from MYOB AO.

Open the relevant client in MYOB AO.
Go to the Associated tab on the Client page.
Click Edit additional relationship details on the Tasks Bar. The AO Classic Clients module opens for the current client with the Relationship tab selected.
Make the changes within AO Classic.
