Click Reports > Flexi Reports
Locate the report layout in the index.
Click [F5] or File > Copy.
On the Copy Flexi Report screen type a New Code and name to identify this flexi report. The code may be up to eight alphanumeric characters.
Click OK and the flexi report layout you selected is copied.
