You can quickly find and open any client record in your practice database using Find Client.

  1. Click AO-GS-Button-Clients.pngImage Removed Image Added. The Find Clients page opens with a list of your recently used clients.
  2. Select whether to search by Name and Code, IRD (New Zealand) or TFN/ABN (Australia).
  3. Enter the search criteria into the Search for text field.

    The Auto Complete functionality allows you to start typing in the Search for field with the list of available clients reducing with additional key strokes. Searching is not case sensitive.
    For example, when searching for Clearwater Pty Ltd, typing in the first few characters of the client name CLE will result in an available list of clients matching your typed characters that you can select from.

  4. Click Search. A list of clients who match the search criteria appear in the table on the Find Clients page.

    If only one client matches your search criteria that client’s page automatically opens.

  5. Locate the client you want to open in the table and double-click to open the client. The Client page opens.
