Use the Employee access settings to change pre-fill access for employees. Use the PLS Agent Settings window to manage your PLS Agents and ensure that all ABNs are authorised. Use the Pre-fill Report File Settings window to set where ATO pre-fill reports are stored in your system. If you have Document Manager, you can define the filing cabinet and file name. UI Text Box |

| You can restrict or give employees pre-fill access. - Go Maintenance > Security > Task Permissions.
- From the Product dropdown, select Tax.
- Select the Group you would like to give or restrict permissions.
- Under Group Description, click
to expand Maintenance - Select Allow for the options you want to give users:
- Tax - Pre-fill Download & Save
- Tax - Pre-fill into Tax
- Tax - Pre-fill Open Report
- Tax - Pre-fill Report File Settings

- Click OK. The user will see the changes when they log out and log back in.

| - Click PLS Agent Settings in the Tasks bar. The PLS Agent Settings and Cloud Software Authentication window displays.
- The list of agents for your practice is shown, with information on their:
Agent Code Agent Name Agent Number ABN Authorised status An Agent is onboarded if they have a green tick under the Authorised column; otherwise, there will be a red cross. The Refresh link retrieves the software ID for the agent. - To onboard an agent who hasn’t yet been authorised, click Get Software ID and follow the onscreen prompts. See Lodgment Manager setup > Registering multiple ABNs for more information.
- You can define the frequency at which PLS Agents can receive Activity Statement reports. Click the Request AS Report dropdown in the Agent’s row, and select one of the following:
Daily – The software will schedule a report to be automatically retrieved each day for this Agent, so that the reports don’t need to be manually retrieved. Never – The Agent will not receive a report each day.
- Click Save to save your changes.
