Depending on your leave approval setup, one of two issues might occur when an employee submits a leave request: - If two people need to approve a request, only the second person receives the request.
- If one person needs to approve a request, the request is automatically approved.

| - Go to the Assignment and Approval Maps screen in MYOB Advanced People.
- In the Entity Type field, select Submit a Leave Request to open Open your leave request approval map. In this example, the approval map is named Leave Requests.

- On the Conditions tab, click the plus icon (
 Image Added) to add a new row and . In the new row, enter the following details: - In the Active column, select the checkbox.
- In the Entity column, enter select Employee.
- In the Field Name column, enter select Employee ID.
- In the Condition column, enter select Equals.
 - In the Leave Request row, deselect the checkbox in the Active column.

- Click Save & Close.
