When logging into Advanced Workforce Management users may occasionally get 1 of 3 problems, either a blank screen (web app), a loading loop (web app), "Hmm... Something went wrong" (web app), or an "Oh no!" (Mobile App) When this happens, the employee will have been set to an invalid Custom Permission Group. All permission groups should at minimum have one of the following options: - View basic employees information (This allows managers to see the Employee list)
- View own employee profile (This allows Employees to view their own profile)
Image ModifiedIt is strongly recommended that "View own employee profile" is given to all custom permission groups. Resolution steps- Check the employee's settings under Employee Profile > Location Access
- Check which Permission group they are assigned.
- Either:
- Change their group to a built in permission group (Employee is a good test)
- Change the permission group to include the "View own employee profile" privilege.
