1.Make sure Outlook has been set as default email program under Control Panel
2.BankLink Notes To email an accountant from BankLink Notes, the email settings will need to be configured. - In BankLink Notes,
click - click Send to Accountant.

4.The port number is generally 25 . This information is available from the Internet Service Provider (ISP). Enter the Port Number. This is typically 25 but you can also find this information online or by phoning
your internet service provider if you are unsure
5.the ISP. The last section asks for Authentication. Most of the time this is not needed so try it first without authentication ticked. However, some
Internet service providers ISPs require this therefore you may need to enter your
