ANSWER ID:35160 When you print or email an invoice or statement from AccountRight v19, the software creates a PDF of the document you are printing or emailing. By default, Windows 8 uses a built-in PDF reader to display these documents. If you've upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8, the Windows 8 PDF reader may still be in use. However, using the Windows 8 PDF reader can result in the images in the document being distorted or cut-off as shown in the following examples: This issue is only apparent on computers using the default Windows 8 PDF reader. If you email the PDF to someone who is not using the Windows 8 PDF reader the images will display properly. | Right-click the lower-left corner of the screen and choose Control Panel. The Control Panel window appears. - Click Default Programs. The Default Programs window appears.
- Click Set your default programs. The Set Default Programs window appears with all your installed programs listed.
- From the list of installed programs on the left, click Adobe Reader then click Set this program as default on the right.
- Click OK to close the Set Default Programs window.
- Close the Default Programs window.
