To fix this errorYou'll need to replace the corrupted Printers files. To replace these files, you will need to re-name the existing Printers files, then replace them with the ones attached to the bottom of this page. To do this: - Close RetailBasics.
- Right-click the Windows Start button and choose Explore.
- Browse to the RetailBasics folder on your computer. By default this is C:RetailBasics.
- Double-click this folder to view its contents, then double-click the Data folder.
- Within the data folder, locate the files Printers.dbf, Printers.cdx and Printers.fpt and rename these to PrintersOLD.dbf, PrintersOLD.cdx and PrintersOLD.fpt respectively. To do this, right-click the file and choose Rename, then rename them accordingly.
- From the attachments at the bottom of this support note, click the first file, for example Printers.CDX, and save this file in the C:RetailBasicsData folder.
