If the required fonts are not installed on your operating system, then some reports may be affected or errors such as error C0000094 will be received as shown in the example below.

This issue is caused by missing or corrupt fonts on your computer, and can be easily resolved by installing these fonts (as described below), or downloading the latest printer drivers for your printer.

Before you begin

Shut down and re-start your computer. This might rectify the issue and no further action will be required. If the issue persists, install the fonts as per the instructions below.

Installing fonts

Follow the instructions below to install the required fonts on your system.

Task 1:

  1. Click Here to download the Fonts zip folder
  2. Choose to 'Save' the zip file.

  3. Save the file
    Right-click this link and choose to save the file to your Desktop.

  4. Double-click the downloaded file to open it. Inside the window you will see a Fonts folder.

  5. Click the Fonts folder and drag it to your Desktop.

Task 2:

  1. Double-click the Fonts folder now on your Desktop.
  2. Either press Control and A together on your keyboard or go to the Organize menu and choose Select All to select all fonts in the folder.

Task 3:

  1. Right-click the selected files and choose Install. Select Yes when asked if you want to overwrite any fonts that currently exist. This will ensure all the required fonts are installed.

  2. Restart your computer.

The required fonts will now be successfully installed and your reports will print correctly. If the error still occurs it may mean that your printer does not have the latest printer drivers installed. In this case you will need to download and install the latest printer drivers for your printer from the internet.

Note: You will need to have a file compression utility, such as WinZip, installed on your computer to complete the steps below.

Task 1:

  1. Click Here to download the Fonts zip folder.
  2. Choose to 'Save' the file to your DesktopRight-click this link and choose to save the file to your Desktop.
  3. Double-click the downloaded zip file. The file will open in your file compression utility (such as WinZip). The contents of the ZIP file will be displayed - a single folder called Fonts.
  4. Click the Fonts folder and drag it to your Desktop.

Task 2:

  1. Double-click the Fonts folder on your Desktop.
  2. Go to the Edit menu and choose Select All to select all fonts in the folder.
  3. Go to the Edit menu and choose Copy. This will copy all the fonts from the folder.
  4. Close the folder.

Task 3:

  1. From the Start menu open the Control Panel then double-click Fonts. The Fonts window is displayed.
  2. Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste. Select Yes when asked if you want to overwrite any fonts that currently exist. This will ensure the missing fonts are added, and corrupt fonts are replaced.
  3. Restart your computer.

 

The required fonts will now be successfully installed and your reports will print correctly.
