The new customer statements page has much of the same core functionality as the old page but is presented in a cleaner, tidier style with improved performance - so you can find, send or print the statements you want easier than ever before.

We've also updated the customer statements by making them consistent with the invoices you already send.

Statements sent from this new Customer Statements page will show your business logo at the top of the statement. See Logo for more information on uploading a company logo to appear on invoices and statements.

And payment options will appear at the bottom of your customer statements, making it easier for your customers to pay outstanding invoices. See Set up your payment details for more information on entering your bank deposit and mail details.

A statement is a summary of a customer's invoices and payments and is typically sent on a regular basis, such as monthly. Statements help your customers keep track of their account and how much they owe you.

On the Customer statements page, you can review, print and email customer statements for individual customers, or for a range of customers. Want to try the new customer statements page? See The new customer statements page below.

If you want to change the look of your statements, see the FAQs below for details.
