We're aware of an issue that can result in MYOB Essentials kicking you out unexpectedly after 15-30 minutes, forcing you to sign back in. This can happen even when you are actively working on your MYOB Essentials file.

We've found that using MYOB Essentials in a private browser window can fix this issue.

To

open a private browser window

• Google Chrome—click the menu button in the top-right corner of the browser and choose New incognito window. Learn more about private browsing in Chrome.
• Mozilla Forefox—click the browser menu button in the top-right corner and choose New Private Window. On a Mac, you can also access this option from the File menu. Learn more about private browsing in Firefox.
