You can add notes to a job in the Job Manager. Notes apply to the whole job.
Right-click the Job Manager and select Field Chooser
Drag the Notes field to the heading row of the Job Manager table.
Hover your cursor over the note. The note text will be displayed in a popup.
Click the Note in the Job Manager.
Click the at the end of the Note field. A notepad opens showing your note.
Select the text in your note and press [Delete].
Click the at the end of the Note field. A notepad opens.
Type your note and press [Esc] or click to save the note and close the note pad.
Click the hyperlink job name in the Year column. The Edit Job window opens.
Add or edit the notes in the Notes field.
Click Finish to save the changes and exit the Edit Job window.
