Setting up non-chargeable work codes against a chargeable client

If you want to record time to a non chargeable work code for a client:

1. Add a new task code.


See To add a new task code for timesheet/disbursement data entry for details.

2. Add a Charge Rate Type to use, such as Zero Charge Rate.


See Creating a new charge rate types for details.

3. Set up each employee to use the new Charge Rate Type with an Hourly Rate of zero.
