To log on and access the help options available on the my.MYOB website, you need to have cookies enabled in Internet Explorer. If you do not have cookies enabled, you will see the following error message when you try to log in:
Click Tools > Internet Options. A new window opens.
Select the Privacy tab.
Click Sites. A new window opens.
In the Address of website field, enter myob.com.au.
Click Allow. myob.com.au will be added to the list of Managed websites with a setting of Always Allow. This will enable cookies for the myob.com.au domain.
Click OK.
Close Internet Explorer.
Reopen the help window and click the link you originally selected when you got the error. You should now be able to log in and access the help options and services correctly.
