Getting help while using MYOB AO

The Help Centre

The Help Centre provides you with access to different options for getting help with MYOB AO. It links you to:

  • Frequently asked questions

  • Online Help

  • Training resources

  • Support Knowledge Base

  • Top topics

  • Useful websites.

To access the Help Centre, click AO-GS-Button-Help.png or select Help > Help Topics from the main menu.

Online Help

The online help included with MYOB AO helps you use the application. It is designed to help you by providing information on the fields and options available.

Press [F1] to access online help from almost anywhere in MYOB AO. This displays information relevant to where you are in the application in the Help window.

Online Learning

Online learning videos are available for some of the tasks included with MYOB AO. You can access these from the Help Centre by clicking Online Videos/Tutorials.

As you browse the Getting Started Guide you will notice that topics with an associated online learning video are highlighted by the Video.png icon. When browsing the Getting Started Guide topics in the online help window, click this icon to open the video in a new window. You will need to maximise your window and turn on your PC’s sound when watching these tutorials.
