The practice default options need to be configured before you print tax returns.

There are 2 categories of settings (in addition to the Control Record) that apply to the practice as a whole. These are:

Print jobs and print options

Print options determine:

  • General requirements for printing.

  • What schedules and their orientation are to be included when printing Forms. For example, a return in portrait mode and an attached depreciation schedule in landscape mode can be printed in one job.

  • What is included when printing Estimates.

  • The standards applied when printing letters and invoices.

Return Print Setup

The Return Print Setup controls the printer and page setups of the various printers which are available from MYOB AO. These are used to print the various returns, capital gains and depreciation worksheets, ELS logs and ATO reports, such as Activity Statement Summary Report (OM) and Client List Report (RPTCL and RPTDL).
