MYOB AO Classic opens when you select one of the following applications from the Tasks bar on the Client page > Main tab:

  • Return preparation

  • AO Classic GL

  • E-File

  • Notice of assessments.

These tasks are available when AO Classic is integrated with MYOB AO. See MYOB AO > Maintenance > AO Classic Settings in the online help for more details.

If you click on one of these tasks and AO Classic does not open successfully, check that the employee code you have used to login to MYOB AO matches an employee code in MYOB AO Classic.

It is recommended that you use the same login in both MYOB AO and MYOB AO Classic.
