The attributes available on this tab are:

Validate for ELS: This option performs the ELS validation routine before printing the return to allow the user to ensure that the return has passed Tax ELS validation and should not be rejected at the ELS Gateway when lodged.

If the return does not pass Validation, a Validation Error Log will be produced and the print job will be terminated.

(AE, Series 6 & 8) Print schedule details within income tax return (I/P/T forms only): This option prints the return with the schedule or grid details at the item, rather than as an accompanying schedule.

Print estimate after form and schedules (client copy only): This option allows the user to select to print the estimate at the end of the return and schedules instead of at the beginning of the print job.

Print ELD after form and schedules: This option allows the user to print the ELD at the end of the return instead of before the Front Cover.

Print ELD in pdf format (facsimile printing): This option prints the ELD as part of the facsimile printing.

Exclude completion footer (pdf printing only): This option prevents the printing of the Completion code allocated to the return after the return has passed [F3] validation. This is the code that is required to Output the return for lodgment from the Tag for Lodgment index when the Practice default Completion code validation required has been selected in the Control Record, Defaults tab.

(AE, Series 6 & 8) New page per schedule: This commences each MYOB Tax worksheet on a new page.

(AE, Series 6 & 8) New page per Note: This commences each MYOB Tax Note on a new page.

Hide TFN: When ticked, this option suppresses the printing of the TFN on all income tax returns and accompanying ATO schedules, MYOB Tax worksheets and where applicable the taxpayer's Tax Estimate.

Hide all EFT details (I/C/F/MS/T/EB): When ticked this option suppresses the EFT Details on the front cover of the income tax returns listed. As the Account BSB and Account Number are not printed on the declaration, Part B is not hidden if this printing attribute is selected.

Exclude depreciation schedule: This option excludes the Depreciation worksheet (d) from printing with the form. To always print the Depreciation worksheet as part of the print job, select a landscape Page Setup in Print Options.

Include detailed capital gains worksheet: This option prints the detailed capital gains worksheets with the form.

Include summary capital gains worksheet: This option prints the Summary of Capital Gains worksheet with the form.

Uppercase front cover: This option converts all text on the front cover to uppercase where information has been entered in sentence case.

Include motor vehicle declaration: This option prints the Motor Vehicle declaration, if applicable, with the form.

Duplex printing: This option enables duplex printing if your printer provides for duplex settings.
