In RetailManager v10, if an area code is not entered before the phone or fax number in the Supplier or Customer record, RetailManager will print these numbers incorrectly. An example is shown below.

Solution

Download and run the update file attached below. 

  1. Right-click the file RM v10 resourcelocaleupdate.exe (attached below) and choose to save the file to your Desktop.
  2. Close RetailManager.
  3. Double-click the downloaded file to run the update.

Can't download the file?

There is an alternate version of the update file attached to the bottom of this support note with the file extension ".abc" (RM v10 resourcelocaleupdate.abc). This file can be used if you computer does not allow you to download files with the .exe file extension. Once downloaded, right-click the file and choose Rename, then change the .abc file extension to .exe. This changes the file name to RM v10 resourcelocaleupdate.exe. You can then double-click the re-named file to run the update.
